What’s a good way to earn money to send care packages to soldiers in Iraq for my Eagle Scout Project?

Are there any suggestions for methods to raise money to purchase care packages to send to soldiers in Iraq for my Eagle Scout Project?
So far I’ve come up with a 50-50 raffle (where half of your money goes to the cause and half goes to the pot for the raffle).
Selling popcorn at the local park where they sell movies.
Car washes.
Painting curbs.
