The future of the Iraqi dinar?

I know i shouldnot be looking to strike it rich by buying Iraq dinar but what i want to know is :
1 when are the iraqi gov is gonna take three 0s off of there current currency.
2 and when if i buy the bill before that happens will i still get the same value or will i get the value of the note with three 0s gone
ex now 1,000 usd = 1,000,000 idq which is later = 1000 idq or is it i would still get the full 1,000,000 idq
