Is this iraq dinar forum a scam or a place for information?

I have been visitn this website for a while and they talk alot of hype and provide alot of information on dinar, but they also like to state things in rumor section of their forum that misleads people to believing that dinar will reval just to see days come and go. Many think dinar dealers like to post on their to mislead people so they can buy more dinar.
