Does anyone have any idea if and how the the Iraqi dinar exchange thing that’s going on could be a hoax?

Supposedly if we invest in the dinar, the value is going upo this month because of the new bills being printed…?…and a $964 investment now could make the investor a millionaire by the end of this month. My step-father, who doesn’t fall for gimmicks, spent the money on this and received the dinar in the mail. Can someone tell me how this might be a scam? It’s too easy, it can’t be real, can it?

I believe you would want to know this so you aren’t looking to hang your hopes on flimsy or untested promises and history. These articles are easy and short reading and are pretty straight forward. They also mirror the views of many other sites I’ve viewed. Obviously you can draw your own conclusions but it makes a lot of sense to me. The devaluation and reprinting of the Iraqi Dinar ahead of reestablishing it has always been a concern of mine as you know. The first two links go to the article; parts 1 and 2. The last link goes to the “About Us” of the web site which I found to be very, very credible.

Copy and paste the link information below into Google search just as it appears. Unfortunately this e-mail format doesn’t allow for a regular link.

I dont think its a hoax, per se. It’s a long shot that could pay off in a few years time if it were ever openly traded in a currency market. Places like Kuwait(post persian gulf war) Japan and Germany (post WWII) saw their currencies worth next to nothing and all rebounded. Same deal here. In a few years, who knows?
