What is the down to earth reason this is happening in Iraq after 5 years of fighting?

The war in Vietnam went on for more than 15 years.
Im my opinion, if you will look at history anytime something major takes place in Iraq or the United States. Such as elections or anything that you would call important. There is always an increase in violence. You have to realize that most of the insurgents don’t understand that just because the United States has elected a new President, and that he doesn’t officially take office until January. The reason behind some of the rise in attacks my be due to that. If you notice they had a significant attack in Mosul today to.
The reasons for these attacks may have nothing to do with with. However history and the attacks that have taken place in the past, normally always has something to do with a change in Iraq with the Government over there, or A change here.

That’s what happens in war, you guys back home are too sheltered, and have no Idea what is really going on. I feel like we are being manipulated into staying in this country. These people have been fighting like this before we got here and they will continue to do so after we leave. When they stop for a while, it just means one of the terrorist got killed and the new one has not graduated to making big bombs yet.
