NIC asked:
Why are we spending time and money in iraq rebuilding their country and government. while gas prices go up and they save their money and oil profits.

I thought we should stay there so they could rebuild and another hussein didn’t come take over but if we’re paying high oil prices and have a failed economy while they have a national budget surplus thats crazy

lol how funny is it that the usa invaded for the oil,now they cant get it
Personally I think we need to be there. Not because of all the crap we were told at the beginning of the war. But because we did invade a sovereign nation. Basically tore it apart. So we have an obligation to put it back together.
As for high oil prices and failing economy. These are just some of the after affects of having to spend so much on the war we started. Maybe we should be yanking on that leash that we supposedly have on government. Before you go getting you knickers in a twist calling me Anti-American. I’m not the one that enacts laws that control the way you act and think. I don’t start wars with no clear strategy. I just question the powers that be every chance I get. What can be more American than that? God Save The Queen!
Have a nice day.
it was america who tried to fix something which didn’t need fixing, it broke, now america has to fix it
Funny how the US destroyed it in the first place
it is a tipsy turvy world out there.
the only reason we went to Iraq is for the oil and now we have to stay because if we leave Iran will invade Iraq then take over Sadie Arabia. so gas will be at least $6.00 per gallon. then a country will get cocky and invade Israel. Israel will launch its warheads. now you will have WW3 and a nuclear Holocaust. That’s way we are staying.
