The Lancelot (medical journal) estimates the Iraqi deaths at 700,000. Based on sound calculations as no American records are kept. And that was some time ago!
Private contractor deaths are at about 960, with 17,000 wounded.
Based on the estimates of the Lancet (the number cited above was from July 2006), over 1,000,000 Iraqis have died.
And one distressing not-so-fun fact–if a soldier is injured, then shipped to Germany for treatment and dies there, s/he is not counted as an Iraq casualty.
We know that over 4,000 Americans have died. The recent number I heard on PBS was a rough one million Iraqi’s. Add to that, the number of people who have lost limbs, eyesight, and mental aqueity and we see that Bush’s War as a terrible tragedy and certainly knowing that it was perpitrated by the Bush Administration AGAINST THE KNOWN FACTS, it should also be put in the catagory with War Crime.
Prob not as many as these damn liberal have killed by abortion, or have been killed by illegals.

A few hundred thousand. A lot of online sources have said 600000 at least.
I only know the amount of people that died on 9/11 on American soil which was 2,000 innocent people.
