How do I start off my compare and contrast paper about the war in Iraq and the different views Obama and Bush?

Im doing a compare contrast paper about the current events in Iraq. How it started, what led to this war, what are the different views obama and bush have on the whole war. Im stumped can anybody help me?

    Obama believes winning Afghanistan is the key to stability. Bush believed Iraq and Afghanistan were equally important.

    You could start out with Bush’s stated reason for the invasion of Iraq and then compare it with his real reason. Next you could view Obama’s exit strategy as to the one that Bush might have tried.
