Iraq?
Friday, February 25th, 2011Why has everyone in the US condemned Bush for the conflict in Iraq and talk as nobody supported the invasion besides him. Congress took a vote to invade, and Democrats like Clinton and Kerry were part of the majority that was in favor of the invasion. I remember one of the first speeches Bush made about the invasion he talked how it wasn’t going to be easy and could take up to 10 years but that the US would get the job done. Nobody was complaining or had a problem when he said it then, but everyone complains now that it has gone on for 5 years.
What has switched the publics view on the matter so much in only 5 years, and why have politicians flip flopped on the issue? Is it just because they want to look good and say whatever they think their voters want to hear despite what they actually support and believe? If so, then why do people continue to vote for these same people again and again?

How do the young soldiers in Iraq release their pent up tension?
Wednesday, February 23rd, 2011I am 17, and I have a tremendous amount of pent up tension that I suspect will be with me when I am 18 and 19.
How do the young soldiers in Iraq release their pent up tension when they are so far away from home in a strange land?
How do they satisfy the frustrations of youth?

How do you feel about the withdrawal of the troops from Iraq?
Tuesday, February 8th, 2011Why did the propaganda of the Bush administration work to get us into Iraq?
Sunday, July 25th, 2010Iraq was not behind what happened on 9/11. Even Bush admitted this “error” of intelligence on the way out. The passports of those terrorists who highjacked the planes were Saudi Arabian passports. Intelligent people in the USA knew this, and told the truth: that the US went into Iraq for oil. Why did the average person believe that Iraq was behind 9/11 and therefore why are we still in Iraq?

What happened to the Billions sent to Iraq by the Bush Administration?
Thursday, July 15th, 2010The US flew nearly $12bn in shrink-wrapped $100 bills into Iraq, then distributed the cash with no proper control over who was receiving it and how it was being spent.
The staggering scale of the biggest transfer of cash in the history of the Federal Reserve has been graphically laid bare by a US congressional committee.
In the year after the invasion of Iraq in 2003 nearly 281 million notes, weighing 363 tonnes, were sent from New York to Baghdad for disbursement to Iraqi ministries and US contractors.
Who deserves prosecution over this loss of US funds?

Is troop withdrawal from iraq a specific foreign policy?
Monday, July 12th, 2010What is it about democrats and complete reversals of policy on the invasion of Iraq?
Friday, July 2nd, 2010Do you remember when democrats, led by Clinton, called for regime change in Iraq in the late 90s?
Do you remember how most democrats campaigned for the invasion and voted in favor of it in 2002-2003?
(This is where liberal memories begin:)
Do you remember the 5 years of liberals absolutely trashing America for the invasion and calling for war crimes tribunals against Bush and co.?
And since Obama was elected, where are the protestors? Did the Iraq war suddenly become “cool” again?

How many of you republicans now agree the war in Iraq was the wrong decision?
